		<description><![CDATA[Our hosting firewall became unstable at around 12:10 due to a DOS attack targeting one of our hosted servers, causing all servers on the 217.196.1.128/26 IP range to become unavailable for this short time.
The service was unstable for approximately 20 minutes while the source of the attack was found and blocked.

The upgrade will be take approximately 1 hour, although services will begin to come back online after 20 minutes. During this time customers will be unable to send/recieve email or access websites on shared hosting.
We will also be replacing the core hosting switch at around 22:00. [...]]]></description>

<p>We will also be replacing the core hosting switch at around 22:00. This will affect most customers other than those with dedicated network feeds. The affected link has now been temporarily disabled while the problem is resolved, so all services should return to normal.
